International Institutional Accreditation
http://www.newportuniversity.eu/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/5_ISPS.jpgInternational States Parliament for Safety and Peace (ISPSP), Italy desires to encourage International Education, and having reviewed the institutional qualification of the Newport University CED has granted a Decree of Official Accreditation and Recognition, Reg. No- 0/35-B bears full validity and recognition with all Governments and Nations members of the ISPSP, which under International Law Statute recognized by the Vienna Convention of April 18th, 1961 (1963) of the United Nations, but unrecognized by the CHEA according to its policy not to recognize any organization situated outside of the USA.

http://www.newportuniversity.eu/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/clip_image005_0009.gifTomsk State University (TSU), Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building (TSUAB), the European Academy of Informatisation- EAI, created according to the Royal Decree in Belguim, World Information Distributed University (WIDU)- Switzerland, Russian Ecological Fund “TechEco” (in the further statement- parties) highly estimate the educational program “Scientific bases and methods of carrying out of independent expert appraisals” and note that it is valid independent expert appraisals in various areas of human activity and consider that it is necessary to promote the introduction of this new speciality and the program <<the Independent expert appraisal (including for Court of Justice) and Researches>> in universities of the Europe and America. The licenses for educational activity are received from the Ministry of Education and Sciences of the Russian Federation (Order 2287 dated 06.12.2005, the order 1357 dated 18.05.2006) with delivery of the diploma of the state sample about the second higher education.

  • The parties notice, that for program accreditation at the European universities, creation of branches of foreign universities or academies is necessary at the State universities of Russia. It is a way of accreditation by means of GAAP, Generally Accepted Accrediting Principles.
  • The parties consider that it is nessary to create branch TSU-EAI-TechEco.
  • The parties recommend to create branch TSUAB-WIDU-EechEco.

Accreditation from the Russian Rectors’ Union
http://www.newportuniversity.eu/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/RRU.jpgEuropean Academy of Informatisation (EAI), created according to the Royal Decree in Belguim and World Information Distributed University (WIDU) registered in Russia and Switzerland has been recognized and accredited by the Russian Rectors’ Union (RRU). According to the Order from the President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin (Moscow, November 25, 1992, N 723-rp) at the Constitutive congress of rectors of higher education institutions of the Russian Federation public organization “Russian Rectors’ Union” has been created. About 800 rectors of State Universities of Russian Federation are members of the RRU (PCP).

Accreditation from the International Academy of Sciences San Marino
http://www.newportuniversity.eu/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/aisemblemo.pngThe International Academy of Sciences (AIS) San Marino, has been recognized and accredited the European Academy of Informatisation (EAI), created according to the Royal Decree in Belguim. The AIS is a scientific association established in 1983 and had its first convention, around New Year 1984 at San Marino City. After the Sammarinese skeleton law on higher education had been passed the academy was officially founded on September 13, 1985, in the presence of the Captains-Regent.

http://www.newportuniversity.eu/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/6_CUFCE.jpegEquivalency Certification: Newport University CED curricula, programs, professors, staffs qualifications, students and curriculum have been evaluated, assessed and certified to be equivalent to Regionally Accredited universities of USA by California University Foreign Credentials Evaluation (CUFCE), that is organized under the Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes. The Secretary of State of California issued his stamp of approval on August 23, 2001 with the corporation ID. No: 2318990. California University FCE applied and was awarded a renewable five year Institutional registration by the State of California LA County Registrar, Current Registration No: 20100880209. The United States Department of Education has recognized CUFCE as an Education Resource Organization with EROD Unique ID. 7499 and the American Association of Higher Education and Accreditation has granted CUFCE the status of an Accredited Institution on August 31, 2009.

NOTE: NEWPORT UNIVERSITY CED IS ACCREDITED AS A DEPARTMENT Of WDU/WIDU BY SEVERAL FOREIGN MINISTERS OF EDUCATION, WHICH ARE RECOGNIZED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND CHEA THROUGH FOREIGN CREDENTIAL EVALUATION. Please note that in the United States, many licensing authorities require accredited degrees as the basis for eligibility for licensing.
